The wines of ESPIRITU DE ARGENTINA are produced in conjunction with Bodega Monte Real, a renowned, family-run company that is among the top producers in Argentina. Chief Winemaker, Luis Villarreal, has dedicated himself to making quality wine with his typical Argentine passion.

With its successful history, three wineries and significant acreage of vineyards planted to several varietals in the famous Mendoza wine region, the Monte Real Winery brings superior quality grapes to Espiritu de Argentina wines.

Mendoza is divided into five “oases”: Northern, Eastern and Southern Mendoza together with River Area and Uco Valley. Each “oasis” produces its own style of wine bearing the imprint of their specific terroir. The various ESPIRITU DE ARGENTINA varieties originate from Eastern Mendoza and the heights of Tupungato in the Uco Valley. At 4,900 ft. these are amongst the highest vineyards in the world and create terroir that is ideally suited for Malbec in particular.
