Argentinean steak sandwich

Instructions:
Peel the avocados, cut one half into strips, pour over some lime juice (so that they don�t brown) and put them to one side. Cut the rest into pieces, put in a bowl with 3 peeled cloves of garlic, spices, some oil and lime juice, and mash together. Season the meat with salt and pepper, dress it on the grill with three unpeeled cloves of garlic and bread (alternative: toast white bread in a pan, saut� the meat in oil, then cook it in the oven for 8 minutes at 200˚C). Put the avocado cream on the bread, place the steaks on top, garnish with slices of avocado and lime.
